Tiền thân của Công ty là Công ty Xăng dầu miền Nam, ra đời sau ngày đất nước thống nhất (17/9/1975) trên cơ sở tiếp quản cơ sở vật chất kỹ thuật của ba hãng xăng dầu Shell, Esso và Caltex.
2. Sản xuất kinh doanh/Vị thế:
Công ty có cơ sở vật chất kỹ thuật, công nghệ tiên tiến với hệ thống bồn bể có sức chứa trên 400.000m3, hệ thống xuất nhập tự động, hệ thống phòng hoá nghiệm đạt tiêu chuẩn quốc gia. Hằng năm Công ty có khả năng tiếp nhận xuất cấp trên 5.000.000m3/ tấn xăng dầu các loại.

1. History/Events
The company was formally Southern Petrolimex Company, established after the national unity (17 September 1975) in taking over the technical material facilities of Shell, Esso and Caltex.
2. Operation/Market position:
The company has advanced material facilities with the system of 400,000m3 basin, the automatic input/output system, the system of chemically testing room with the national standard. The company can accept the output of over 5,000,000m3/tons of petroleum in all kinds.
3. Strategic development & Investment
The company’s orientation is to become an interdisciplinary enterprise. The major business will be trading petroleum by means of developing a system of petroleum stations on the national scale. |
